You left out a few sellers at 14, 15, and 17 keys, and the 14 sellers are pretty young so I'm not going to upvote this
All the sellers are Specialized Killstreak, pretty sure those aren't valid

I think they actually are valid, but only when lowering. Shows that people don't even want it when there are free bonuses that come with it. Probably best to have a mod or someone with experience answer for sure though.
Modified items (with strange parts, paints, killstreaks, etc.) aren't that valid for raising a price because they can add value. However, if a modified item is selling lower than the current price, then it would work for a suggestion for lowering.
13 keys seller hasn't sold for 2 weeks. This flat price is justified now.
