because its just 2 days and maybe some one will buy it for 16 keys

But you can't base a price with just one seller if it is in a range, but you would still be unable to do it if it hasn't sold.

You need at least 2 sales to price an unpriced unusual.

2 days for unusuals is nothing to be honest, even this could be considered as a quicksell.
