Just checked TF2Outpost, literally nothing for both sellers and buyers for 0.11 ref or 0.33 ref. The proof he has is the only thing available.

Though, seems like it the sale is a quicksold (not sure how this works for this kind of suggestion) since there's a different owner with the same item with same ID (but history never updated).
