Counter Manipulation Suggestion.
I spend a while actually gathering my little mini suggestions for this baby.
So, time to actually price a hat that needs their new deflated price.

Reasons for Counter:

1) You don't use outdated unusuals to base your high-end. (I don't even know how you even got 390 keys, unless you based off of outdated prices.)
2) You have an unpriced hat that hasn't been on the market since August, invalidating the first suggestion's first sale.
3) You don't use strange parts and paints to inflate certain item values. Only Killstreaks are allowed.
4) Since it has been ten days and no one has even bothered to point it out nor the original suggester correcting it, I'll resuggest.

I'm pretty sure that higher tier paints/strange parts (tinge and hue) can add a bit to item values (non-unusual I mean). However, correct me if I'm wrong.
They don't apply in Unusual suggestions at all. Besides, that whole sale is invalidated, because it has an unpriced hat in it.
Kinda rude to claim I was manipulating, noh? I don't have any interest in this hat, so I don't care if it goes up or down (have no idea why you thought I tried to manipulate either), as long as it'll reflect the hat's value properly.
In any case, I'm not sure how I didn't notice the outdated prices but you're right and it'll be wrong to price this hat based on those inaccurate old prices. It looks like you've put a lot of effort into the mini suggestions, so I definitely agree that second sale is better priced now.
About the strange parts and paints, no significant changes were made. Perhaps I added a few refs for some valuable strange parts, but a few refs (or even a total of few keys) barely matters in such high tier hats. And the fact that overpay isn't shown, doesn't mean that it wasn't calculated. I re-calculated the first sale again now, and got 4-5 keys less than my original calculation, must have missed something back there. But yeah, the so called "major flaws".
In conclusion, I do believe you've worked harder pricing the second sale, and it seems you did it better than me, therefore you have my upvote. We can't officially price the first sale, due to the fact that the hotrod is unpriced, but since a memory leak hotrod (1 of 1 as well) goes for ~20, we can estimate that the overclocked is ~20 as well, and the total value of the first sale is ~300 keys, supporting your price.
