Sale 2:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25242676 (Sold for 50 keys at a "quicksell, but honestly it's a discount.)
Sale 3:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25691203 ("Quicksold" for 56 keys)
P.S: Ideologically, a quicksell is when someone sells for 35%-70% off, and anything beyond that is simply called a discount. In Hex's suggestion's case, the buyer did brought it for 45 keys, which is 36% off. Therefore, these are merely discounts, and shouldn't be called a "quicksale".
See, when I said round I meant round to 65.
Rounding to 64 when the actual number is 63 (don't know where you're getting 63.75 from) is pointless.
However it's so minor I wouldn't bother resuggesting again.
Lol okay :3
How are you concluding that a Quicksell is 35%-70% off? Most Quicksells are 25%-40% off.
Also, Most recent sale of the Duped Company Man is 110 keys in Unusuals. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25500671. Sold for C9 Pencil (74 keys) + Molten L'homme (36.5 keys). This means that you only have one legitimate sale that you have priced wrong. Downvote.
I'm taking proof straight from before. As long as its not within 3 months, its fine. I don't have to use the most recent proof on a mini, as it didn't said so, no?
FYI, my statistics came from the people that define quickselling, and by judging from people that do so, my statement was therefore correct.
P.S: You're such a homing missile lol, trying to downvote my suggestions whenever you can, especially this specific unusual. I probably should wear some sort of anti explosive armor so I don't get blown up.
P.P.S: The first company sale is found by Hex, blame him, not me.
Hey, I'm just trying to make sure you're doing this suggestion correctly, excuse me if there is something wrong with that. But for the mini on the Company Man you should be using both sales, not just 1. Also, just out of curiosity, where is this statement about how much % is a quicksell located?
Well, read Sugarcube's comment, and we usually need only 1 sale for minis. Even if I want to edit it now, it's too late.
And for the quicksell thing, I got it out of outpost, as we see, most quickbuyers buy unusuals for at least 35% (If it's 1st gen) to 70% (If it's robo/3rd gen), therefore getting this statement.
Mmm :/ I'm fairly certain that if you are going to pick one of the two sales, you need to pick the sale that is more recent, because I do believe that backpack.tf does value recent sales more highly. However, I'm a Quickbuyer and I only ask for 25-50% off. Many other people do this too, I don't think you can put a definitive price on how much % a quicksell is.
Good to hear I guess, but since the majority of people do ask for heavier discounts than just 25%-50%, I don't think that can be used. Good point however.
Although as Sugarcube said, Recent =/= more valid.
Also, if we are considering that 35%-70% off is a quicksell, then selling for 50 keys IS a quickssell. 50 divided by 82 equals a 40% discount, which would be considered a quicksell. However, then the sale at 56 keys wouldn't be considered a quicksell, but 50 keys would be.
We go by their low end price when we suggest, so 50 divided by 70 is about a 29% discount.
The Low end Price is 75 keys?
Oh shiet, my bad.
Even then, it's 33% off. o3o
^True, but where is 64 keys coming from in your range? I don't see any sales at 64 keys
Since the B/O for the company man has a B/O of 70 keys, we can't go beyond that price range, combining with the fact that it's overpayed in items, it brings to 70x0.9=63 keys. However since I decided to round it, it gets us into 64 keys. (It should be 65 keys, but I think I pressed the wrong key when I tried to round it. But since it's so minor, it didn't really matter)
Recent =/= more valid
I have a month old sale as opposed to a day old sale in one of my suggestions. They're just as valid as eachother.
There is no "limit" to a quicksell unless it's less than 9 keys (NnB Pugilist's excluded)
It's more based on TIME, rather than value.
The only exception to above is when the sale sounds weird ie a Burning TC for a bud.
I bought one yesterday for 97 keys in overpay, not a quicksell, you need not quicksale...
Please read my post script, thanks. Also, since this suggestion was created days ago, I cannot add your proof in. Sorry for that.
I mean these are quicksell proof, becouse they are.
Please read what I said about quicksells and discounts. Its right below there, labelled with a "P.S".
EDIT: They're NOT QUICKSELLS.Please do READ the difference that I wrote.
I read that, and they are freaking quicksell, 50 keys is a quicksell.
50 divided by 70 doesn't equal to 0.35 (or 35% discount). Therefore, it is not. I even did the math for you.
You need serious proofs, not old trades or discounts.
Are you price manpulating?
According to the rules, its fine to use trades within 3 months, provided that they aren't quicksells. Judging from what you said, you don't want it to drop because if I ever use proof on that case and if its invaild, it won't work.
You just need serious proof, that's it
Read Sugarcube's comment, I'm basically done with your stubborn bullcrap.
EDIT: How the f*ck is it not serious when they're all vaild for proof under the rules of bp.tf? You freaking doofus.
That's as serious as the proof can be.
At this point your comment is spam.
If you took the time to read my comment you'd know why your POV and sale is as invalid as my Java syntax.
That is not a "quicksell", it took a bloody week to sell.
Your sale here is the quite obvious outlier, and i DOUBT your sale is worth 97 keys. Highly doubt it.
If you give me your sale i can truthfully find the value of that very sale.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25692682 Accepted an offer from Ceci herself for 60 keys even though it's collecting. It wasn't just an immediate reject neither.
I just sold my Hearts Towering for a clean 13th Stormy Defiant Spartan.

http://i.imgur.com/ifyYvBB.jpg
90 * 0.9 = 81 keys.
I'm not trying go against your hard work for the suggestion, but just trying to give this hat the right price. The reason why I stated I would consider the 60 keys is because at that time, I just got the hat and I bought it for ~54 keys in pure. It would be an easy 5-6 key profit within a short time for me, and I wouldn't have to be dealing with another unusual to sell.
Good luck with the suggestion!
-Alfy
Edit: In case you wanted to check if the Defiant was clean: http://backpack.tf/item/1216550065
This suggestion is totally insane in my opinion.
Life is insane. A trade that is a "quicksell" wasn't even sold for a whole month.
Ironically, the one with the 50 keys B/O wasn't sold until a month later, after the post was made.
While I appreciate the proof you provided, it still isn't enough to change the fact that this price isn't working.
First i would like to address what is a quicksale as it seems that you unclear of what it is.. I do not know where you got this data point from"a quicksell is when someone sells for 35%-70% off, and anything beyond that is simply called a discount" but this concept isn't true . In fact, what a quicksale is has been explained in the guidelines
http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-guide-for-unusual-price-suggestions/
"What is a quicksell?
Time is only one factor used to determine a quicksell. If a hat sells within 1-2 days for its b/o in pure, one should be suspicious. However, since time to sell varies greatly among the type of hats (old vs new effects, misc vs hats, high tier vs low tier), this is not a reliable way to identify a quicksell.
More important is how a sale relates to other sales. If a hat sells for less than commonly offered values in pure or unusuals or for less than common trade points, that is likely a quicksell."
Your third sale is a good example for the first point that illustrates the time factor. The hat was sold in 4 hours for 2 buds + 44 keys pure. This is evidently a quicksale and not your so-called discount.
Now with quicksale addressed. Let's look at some recent sales.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25692682 Sold for Stormy 13th Hour Defiant Spartan( 90 keys * 0.9 = 81 keys).
However, this sale may be an outlier considering that there is a seller on outpost at 65 keys for a week now. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25829999
To summarize, the 56 keys sold in 4 hours which indicate that anything less than that is clearly an outlier/quicksale. The recent sale provided by alfy is probably an outlier as well considering that 65 keys seller hasn't sold in a week.
Closing this on the basis that the low end is on the low side with 56 keys being a quicksale.
