I actually pointed this hat out a long time ago going for some pretty high sales to debunk a few suggestions.
You may think the effect might be shit, but this effect on this hat has been selling for some big bucks.
Looks like it. I also saw the heavy shirt with this effect when it was unboxed, lost all interest in both the effect and unusual shirt the moment I saw it.

And the frostbite cone trade wasn't really a bulk trade. Only 1 other hat and a buds was involved. That sale will be probably around 150 after overpay.
The sale at 325 looks like the main outlier here. Something wide like 150-250 might work.
