Basically taking 810 keys. If this person easily obtained a 200+ key profit in like three days of flipping this, then I see no problem pricing it 810. The current seller is currently denying offers of 500~600 key offers left and right and wants a buyout of nearly of 1,000 on this. (Basically an Energy K.E.)

The offers in the current seller's trade seems to be revolving around 350-500 keys. Don't see anything more than 550 to call it an outlier really.
In addition to that, wayne's sale is probably closer to 550 taking into account overpay and the inflation of those outdated hats.

This will need a range.
The Ooze Law and the Burning Flames Cannonball offer seems to be actually pretty high. (I would say 700 at minimum.)
Law is unpriced. Cannonball is outdated and believe this might be in the 250~300 ballpark when a suggestion is provoked.
I'm going to analyze these two this evening when I get home this evening. That one seems to be quite a bit over 500 keys.
The offers have been on the 500 fence, but the seller has been denying them consistently.

SO I sold my ge law for a death at dusk war pig + misty rack + miami mancer + moon meryweather + s original + s caber + gen point and shoot + white double cross + some other sweets of no real value
A few things here. The stare boa may be inflated by a significant amount here. They guy who received it in the trade took a month to resell it for ~200 keys in value. The KE may be high too. There's a seller in classies with a b/o of 400. The sale is probably closer to 600-700.

Let's just go by b/os on the market for the unpriced and outdated hats. 300 on the war pig, 70 on the mancer, Last sale on the rack seems to be around 200? 110 on the merry and the 11 keys in sweets puts that at no more than 700. Realistically, after overpay, probably closer to 600.
Harvest TC is probably under 500 still.
Wayne's sale is a bit hard to evaluate with the duped secret jefe since the last sale on that jefe was a quicksell for ~160 and other sales are unusable or too old. Realistically, that's probably around 600 after overpay.
Counting the TC as an outlier, I think all three other sales are close to each other in value and around ~600 keys after overpay. Perhaps as high as 600-700, but certainly not 800+.
