I could be wrong here, but it looks like the guy selling for 15 keys sold it to the guy that is selling for 12 Keys. Seems odd....

Just close and resuggest with 12 key flat value w/o range, as the 15 key upper end is invalid.

I suggest you should indeed close and try to get some proof around 12 keys, as there are multiple B/O's at 12.

Well, you don't exactly need solds if enough sellers are selling for less, of course considering that April 1st's update converted unusuals pricings from buds to keys, making literally all unusuals that haven't been updated a month before that date outdated, this one is no exception to that. In fact, I remember a post polar (or another admin) put on the forums that some unusuals, due to this "update", can be priced solely on Buyouts alone.

Up to you to have the benefit of the doubt though. I still stand behind my suggestion to resuggest at 12 keys flat.
