I don't think your own trades can be used as evidence especially when you bought it for 4 ref and sold it for 5.

Just to let you know the 5 refined sale is not mine it a different person that's why i have credit to Sol4R he gave me the sale

Also nothing to do with this but why hasn't my kiev suggestion been accepted i have 4 sales at 1.5 and like 8 sale around 1-1.5

What I'm trying to say is that trades you make can only be used if absolutely necessary. Since your most recent trade is 13 hours ago you might have to wait until that becomes a little bit older for it to be valid
