Can't really just pick and choose sales to use - if they're valid they're valid.

Bulk sells/ high tier hat sells affect validity. Valid sales are subjective, so your second statement really means nothing.

A few of these high tier hat sales you're talking about aren't really that high tier. And if the sale is a valid sale it should be counted is what that means since you couldn't understand

Because adding 13-20 buds in unusuals/pure to the hat is totally not high tier *sarcasm*. Besides, it makes more sense to update the high tier hats from the low tier ones than vice versa. If your so interested because you own the hat, provide counterproof.

Personally don't give a shot of the hat goes up or down - im not selling it - it's more the fact that people pick and choose sales to benefit their own agendas that irks me. Hell I wish my entire Bp was unpriced.
