Made that fix, but thanks for the clarification.

Low-end at LEAST, if not entire range, feels like an outlier.
Football Helmet is outdated as heck and the trade was a while back, so the offers may not collaborate well.
Bottom might be an outlier, but I dunno at this point.
I'm going to sleep on this and see if it is an outlier when I wake up later. I'm literally about to faceplant into my desk.
I'm working on the football helm now. It's looking to be ~30 keys after overpay, which is still a heck of a lot more than the value you're giving this.

Now having a closer look at your first sale, i don't think your first sale sold for a bubbling pencil pusher.

Going to close this on the basis that the low end sale is inaccurate and the 22 keys pure offer that was declined as mentioned by Gent suggests that 17 keys is low as the low end.
