In order to price an unusual, you will need to provide sales at the suggested range. Sellers alone is not sufficient.

Can't have a range with just 1 sale also sellers =\= solds - I had this hat and sold it for 30 - many of the other sales were in the mid 20's

there was a previous suggestion with a bunch of these - look into past owners and check their inventory histories for the dates. Then check histories of the items to see what changed hands.
Have to agree with Perp. If the only sale you have is 40 keys, then make the price a solid 40 keys.
