It was sold on the market by Dominus. It was bought for 74.75 USD on Apr 3 by MagicShoes - 37.85 keys rounded to 38 - low end

Apparently the hat was scammed off of a player named "Gibus" using the "Trusted Friend" trick. It was then traded to Dominus.

In the history of the hat it shows that it was exchanged between 2 users multiple times. This is because the 2 users are brothers and were taking turns on having the hat. But then it got scammed...
