I'm a bit shocked to see how low these drops have been going.

Dropping to the point that even some good hats w/ decent effects are affordable now.

There is another valid sale with a Searing Plasma Rebel Rouser, but that was used to price it.

I will totally buy this for 33 keys omg.

To be completely honest, I would too, but not for that particular effect.

I like Searing Plasma myself quite a lot, a bit more than Vivid Plasma.

40 might be a bit low. Would be nice to see if there's another sale on the veil. But it's value probably is not much more than 40 in pure
