    Hmm. 15 flat would probably be better. The nine sale's outpost didn't get much exposure, quite possibly a quicksell and /or the seller was inexperienced.

        The 9 sale is iffy. I would go with 15 or 15-25. You're not completely wrong in calling 25 an outlier though, from the looks of it. I'll see if I can't find any support-y stuff.
