Messed my perious suggestion because i avergaed the prices. Bought a Purple Energy Engineer cap for 31 keys worth, sold that PE Engineers Cap so I am not being biased. Proof below.

My trade history- sold for 20 keys pure and an Australium Frontier Justice which is currently 11 keys, altogether 31 keys which is where that updated price should be at.

Justice needs overpay (*0.9)

Items need overpay, just calculate Keys price + Justice*0.9

He means the final calculated price should be - 20 + 0.9*11(Australium Justice) = 29.9 ~ 30
Because that is how you calculate the price here for your suggestions. Look at other people suggestions for unusuals you will see it.
30 instead of 31 aint that a big deal to me, but then again i dont really understand in suggestions much xD

The range would be 30-31 though, more accurate than just 31
