One possibility is that he used those parts and applied it to his strange weapons (I was checking the history of his backpack on here, he used to have 5 of these parts before making the trade, none of them had a new owner and all became unknown).

then why is he bumping the trade when he sold it all... ?
He still has those headshot parts and strange Killstreak Axtinguisher to sell. Who knows, maybe he forgot to take it off or he's a restocker. I'm as unsure as you are.

8 ref still seems to be the most common trading point. No sellers <8 ref on classifieds, and all sellers on outpost are for 8 ref. I also quicksold at 7.55 ref ([url]http://prntscr.com/76c0kr[/url]), so 7 ref definitely seems low here. Current price is probably OK.
Yeah, thanks. Was waiting for someone to help provide more info here. It's possible this could be ~7-8 since 7 still seems to happen quite frequently.
