I get most of my suggestions from finding hats in classifieds. This was no different.

Wide range.. the third sale had a declined 25 key offer, so I'm going to call that an outlier and go with 37-48.

If you check BP histories, the aussie sniper he obtains is non-tradable - perhaps an SCM sale, instead.

Didn't see the B/O though, so I'll re-suggest.
