As 10 ref no longer sells, and 9.66 has remained unsold, going with 9.66 ref flat.

Eh, the 9.66 has only been a day so far...not that long. We can see what happens though.

Afaik 1 day is enough time for an low tier item to sell since most/all people consider 1 day old trades valid unsolds. However the trade isn't that well bumped and I am sure that 50% of the views are from bp.tf users so you're probably right here.

Just got bumped again, however, it is still relatively young, so I agree it is probably best to wait.
