So therefore, your first sale should be 20.5 Keys + 2 Keys = 22.5 Keys ~23 Keys

Third Sale:

Blizzard Lid was updated 22 days ago.

Therefore, sale should be (80*.9) + (22/18) - 47 Keys = 72 + 1.1 - 47 = 26.1 Keys ~26 Keys

Also, the Hermes would need to be updated first before you re-suggest.

All the sales has a date next to when they were traded. They were all up to date and based on current market price during that time.

Hm.. It would be more accurate if you're using the prices which are updated to price unusuals though unless the outdated price is better to suit the range rather than the updated one (I'm talking about unusuals on this one, not normal items).

Im with you on this one. The lid sale is overstated by approximately 10 keys. Id say the lid sale is a confirmation of the lid's drop rather than an accurate means of pricing this hat anyway. If Im correct, the schadenfreude will be a huge outlier (considering its priced at ~90 instead of 65).

Incidentally, Ive updated the hermes [which is why I even found this suggestion :D] which roughly retained its value.

Yeah on the first suggestion I made I listed it but was not going to use it as proof since I knew it was overpriced (very hard to sell for its price) then people started complaining about it so I had to add it.

You shouldn't use high tier hats (especially when the value is more than 2x higher) to price low tier hats. The high end is too high here
