if i were to close this, and remove the high end, and shorten it to 18.66, would you approve?

that would probably be better however there is a suggestion at 18.33-18.66 which seems more accurate

there's defintley more buyers @ 19ref, but since there is another vote for keys to rise going on atm, i thought that wold cover it.

you should show all the proof you can in your own suggestion cause at the moment from what it looks like, you only have 1 valid link for your high end
