I'm updating it to be accurate in keys, and I see no rule that says I can't use previous sales from last suggestions.

Yes there aren't any rules for that but it is redundant. The purpose of updating is to have a more up-to-date price of an unusual. Using a sale that occured more than 2 months ago and was already used in the previously accepted suggestion to create a more up-to-date price for it poses a flaw of misguiding people that the current value of this unusual remains and more recent sales other than that being used in the previous suggestion falls within the same value/range. However, this is obviously not the case here when the 30 keys seller has struggled to sell his for more than a month now.
