The 3 Ref sold, the 2 ref is a seller below 3 (what you can price exactly as) so the range is fine

You are wrong. Check the market.

I suggest you do a search on outpost first before writing such comments in the future. If you had done a search on outpost you would have noticed there are only two unpainted ones. One doesn't mention a price and the other one is selling for 2 ref which proofs my bottom range. I provided one sale for 3 ref which proofs my upper range.

I'm under the impression you think these sell as much as the craftable version which they don't. This is an uncraftable cosmetic and it's more rare and therefore gets traded less then their craftable counterpart.
