First sale is not that complex. Some items are pretty overvalued and the OP can probably dig more and find better minis, but the sale is usable.

However, your sale seems like an outlier.

Looking at the offers, seems like this is easily 250 keys.

I also feel Burning Modest is probably much less than 270 keys, which makes it more of an outlier.

The DPD CM now has a seller at 40 in classifieds so that may be a tad high.

But overall, that sale is a probably close. +/- 20 keys.

The person who traded this for the modest overpays for everything by crazy amounts, so it's not surprising that that sale is really low.
