I can assure you that the private eye sale fits within your range. For it to be below 14, the private should be at ~7 keys. due to the B/O being 18, the sale cant exceed 18.

Well, i went to a trade server taking offers on it. Didn't really have a b/o at that point of time, i just posted the trade because it is relevant since its my trade =/
anyway if its the old price of private eye p coffeti, its at 23, so 100/110 x 23 +6 would make the sale not fall into the range, so i was asking for a mini
if that would be the case, the sale would still be valued at 18 (because the buyout of the seller was 18 keys)
You shouldn't have modified the value for the duped jeepcap, as it's less than 25 keys and we don't account for duping under that value.
If it was OVER that value, you'd need to to an actual mini, multiplying by 0.8 is not enough.
really? i was told that dupes are at 0.8 for lower tiers ie <25 keys, and higher ones deduct more. then at what rates should dupes be? can you give me a list so i can suggest better?
You need to many a mini-suggestion for any duped item worth over 25 keys. There's no 'list'.

Being duped only matters on hats >25 keys in value. For hats under that like the jeepcap, you should take dupes as equal to the clean.
