im sorry, but i am the owner of the unusual, and as much as i know, the second one did not happen, and if you will have a look at the history of the Tough Stuff Muffs, im not there.
And yes, i did a research, and if you will have a look at the prices of unusuals that have the frostbite effect, most of the times its similar to the green energy effect, thats why im asking 30+.
