Taking 13 keys as an outlier since it seems way too low. The guy who sold it had [Quitting TF2] on his name, probably was ''quicksold''. Also, this trade, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25732301 , already received a Vivid Dixie offer, the Dixie is priced (outdated) at 19~21(20) making 13 looks very low for it to be considered.
