It was on my wishlist for a while, yes. Regardless, you can track the rancho to the seller. His trade wasn't even up on outpost, I would know, I was watching trades for about a month. He added me and offered his rancho, and asked that I raise the number of keys I was adding to the trade from 47 to 57. I did so, and then we traded.

Note that the seller I offered on, and the user that sold me my rancho are two different people. Overpay is only applied when I offer it on someone else's trade, and they accept. This is not the case for my trade.
