It's not that i disagree, I just didnt realize that something so small as -3 ref off a 40 key item would need an update. Well, now i know :)

Yeah -3 ref off means you thought the price change was that much.

I do, i just didnt realize that when one single person decides to sell an item for .4% (3/753) off its price (this item is worth 40 keys, 40*18.83=753 refined) that it needed to be re priced because of how small the drop is. (i realize that some items like ToDs for example may need a scrap or two change frequently, but this is a 753 ref item, not an 8 ref item)
