The guy with the helm offered so overpay on the helm.

Flamethrower (12.9 ref – 13 ref) + Bubbling Helm (37 keys) + Bills (2.3)

(37 + 13+2.3)*.9 = 33.3 + 11.7 ref, will round the .3 keys + 11.7 ref to 1 key + 2.07, 36 keys. Bubbling tree is 19,

36-19 = 17 keys.
