I've been offered multiple good offers in the past:

A haunted ghosts thirst blood (worth 50 keys, Been offered when it was worth more though, A couple of months ago).

Two unusuals worth around 60 keys together.

A demo set worth around 50 keys+a pro ks scatty

Also, I've been told by a guy named Pmalla1 that he bought it for 70 keys worth of items, He also made a price suggestion, And added some proof.

I bought it for an unusual worth 50 keys, 14 keys, And around 2 buds worth of items.

You cannot base your price on offers; you'll have to wait until it actually sells (and probably even until it sells again so that you have two sales)
