You haven't put overpay on the Tree sale, where it is needed, but have put it on the tower suggestion, where it isn't.

The Charmer was offered on the tree, so no overpay.
The tower was offered on the charmer, so I should apply overpay.
No, but, because the mini for the tower is in pure it doesn't need overpay. Actually read the link I gave you -_-

That is what the tree which was involved in the trade last sold for, so that is what I am using.
Also, even if the tower in the mini sold for pure, that doesn't mean the Charmer sold for pure, it sold for the tower, the tower is not pure.
Except that value is invalid. Because the sale you're using is an outlier.
Read the link, Hex, it still shouldn't have overpay.
That logic seems so flawed to me, but I suppose my opinion doesn't matter =P
