As 1.66 ref has remained unsold, and 2.11 ref no longer sells, but 2 ref still happens, 1.66 to 2 ref should suffice.

I don't really think the seller at "bp.tf price" matters. Seeing how their price will fluctuate as soon as this vote passes (assuming it does), it doesn't really mean much.

But hey, your sales prove that the upper range is still valid, and the (currently unsold) seller at 1.66 proves that the lower range is needed. Upvote.
