Discounted the low sale seeing as there are plenty of offers ~20 keys above it. I think the higher offers justify the 74 sale staying in the range. Even though some of the hats are outdated, people value/offer based on their bp.tf a lot of the time, so it suggests people think it's worth more (and 74 is still 20-30 below the higher offers anyway.) Rounding the range to 50-75.
