Yay for useless maths since my b/o was 2 Keys 15 Ref on the classifieds C:

Due to my poor memory, I'm sure that it sold in less than a day but I'm not too sure and I can't prove it anyway since it was only listed on classifieds..

15/19x100 = 0.79 -> 0.8

2 Keys 15 Ref = 2.8 Keys

Conclusion:

1 Sale at over 3 Keys capped due to my b/o of 2.8. No valid sellers so sticking to a flat range of 2.8 Keys.
