The Big Country itself isn't consider pure only Outdated, and the Pure Sale being the only sale I could find, so valuing the country @ 15, but its still an unusual thus having overpay applied to it, in the Bonzo Allbrero Sale

This is probably low because the frostbite allbrero is low. The SCM sale was an SR marked scammer dumping it cheaply. But there are no other usable sales, so it's either leave this unpriced or price it low at 130. You are the owner, and I'll go with your preference which is clearly to price it.
