Regarding your first link, it was sold to Space Kata for a Strange KS Kritz, a Strange Spec KS Pan, and a Strange KS Widowmaker.

Space Kata then re-sold to HenTie for a Morning Glory Noble Nickel Amassment of Hats (unpriced), hence the history/name mismatch on Outpost.

-20 keys feel like a little to much downgrade maybe 10 keys whould be more fitting. Besides the hat and the effect have some kind of fitting to each other, IM not saying that its themed but its fitting.
