Small market item, no sellers at the moment.
Sold
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25892919 - Sold for 15 refined after being listed for 8 hours: http://i.imgur.com/XnYFsoh.png http://i.imgur.com/dXZi8fR.png
Supporting sold
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25655914 - Was selling the Copper Crest, Silver Crest and the "regular" Crest for 1 key each, eventually sold all 3 in a bulk sale for 2 keys: http://i.imgur.com/YOKEY9V.png
Supportive Buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25890104 - Odd situation here, hence why I am listing this as "supportive", they are the buyer who purchased my one, however their trade was put up 10 hours before mine, however I lowered my price to 15 refined after 2 weeks of failing to sell it at 1 key. However when I lowered my selling price I didn't check for buyers, the fact that our two prices ended up matching was a complete coincidence.
Other buyers
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25881066 - Buying for 3 refined (young).
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25828249 - Making offers for them, 1 week old and poorly bumped.
Other
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25298269 - A buy/sell bot, lists that it is buying for 2.22 ref and selling for 3 ref (bp.tf price) but it has no crests in its inventory nor any evidence it has purchased or sold a Copper Crest, at least not recently (I checked the past 3 months of their backpack history: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198029042854)
#Riseofthecrests should be a thing
Only #RiseOfTheBirds
Look at these

Now tell me why #Riseofthecrests should not happen :DD
I missed that the "standard" Crest was raised, I had a failed raise attempt on that a few weeks ago. Also it looks like I should have held onto my spare clean Silver Crest a little longer, I sold it a bit week ago for 1 key because I didn't think anyone would be willing to pay more for it.
because it was my trend and it was for birds :(
Since it is over a week later with no acception or rejection, time for evaluating the evidence.
Firstly, as per the new guide for non-unusual suggestions: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/36705-guide-for-non-unusual-suggestions/
This would qualify as "rare" due to the low amount of listings: "This also means that sales as old as 1 month may be important to include since sales are so rare. In these cases, using a single buyer or single sale may be acceptable provided that there isn't other counterproof available."
Buyers in the original proof
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25881066 - Originally buying for 3 refined, lowered to 2 refined and later closed their trade. Viewing the backpack history shows no indication that they purchased a clean Copper Crest, they did however buy some uncraft crests which they are now selling for way above bp.tf price. As indicated in the comments: There have been a lot of suggested and accepted price raises for the crests recently. Given the behaviour of this buyer in the current crest market they would appear to be a quicksell buyer.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25828249 - Originally making offers and was poorly bumped, has now expired due to inactivity without buying a clean Copper Crest.
New buyers
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25915136 - Buying for 5 refined, no indication about whether the crests need to be craftable or not.
Refreshed buyers
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25887479 - Buying at 1 refined, they were buying before but expired due to inactivity: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25662516 - They appear to be unsuccessful as there are no crests in their backpack.
Sellers
No sellers on Outpost, one seller in the classifieds for 15 refined: http://i.imgur.com/njlMcZv.png
I would say this suggestion is still valid.
