How do I know it's unbumped?

You know where the bump date is on outpost?

You know where the posted date is? (when the trade was first made)

The bump date is next to the name one the top, the same line with the report flag and bookmark star thing.

The day created is next to the name below, on the same bar as the add and backpack.

Pretty much, If those two are close to each other, time wise, its poorly bumped.
