I would say the sale that you've provided is an outlier. A range of 59-68 Keys or rounded it to 60-68 Keys should be fine.

Offers didn't really go past these sales as well in these past few days, so it will be impossible for these to be outliers.

problem is i cant find a proper mini for it. few are duped so invalid, some have no recent sales, some disappear from bp and some are involved in huge unusual trades.
