Sellers:

the first sale wasnt bumped
Bumping only matters for sellers and quicksolds. It's two days old, unless you can somehow show when the sale took place, there's no way to tell whether it quicksold or not.
outlier!!!!!!!!!! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25873693 has since sold, making it two sales for .11. That's more proof for low end than high.
Think about what bp.tf is - a pricing guide. What does 0.11 - 1 tell people who want to buy / sell this item? Range is far too wide, disregard the .11 seller.
Massive ranges are pretty common nowadays. I see no reason to disregard two pieces of evidence for the sake of expediency.
I know they are, but you have to remember that 0.11 - 1 is a range of eight scrap. That's nearly double the median value of the hat itself.
That's excessive. You have some outliers to determine :P
You want big ranges?

Haha, same range, but the item is worth 3x as much. THAT is okay :P

Outliers mean little based on the recent trends of passed suggestions. Evidence is evidence.
You're not getting my point. The range is nearly twice as big as the value of the actual item. Plus, that 1 ref sale may easily be an outlier.
First one quicksold, it shouldn't be in the range.
Unbumped for two days. No telling when it went.
Range too large, 1 ref is fine.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25789801 .33. It's not fine either way.
That range seems a bit ridiculous.
BUT WAIT ON THE OP TRADE IT SOLD IN 1 DAY UN BUMPED OHOOHOHOHHOHOOHOHHOOHOHHOHOHHOH C-C-C-C-CC- COMBO BREAKER
Almost two actually. Compare timestamps.
still sold un bumped
I'd call 0.11 and 1 ref outliers on either end. Range here is really wide and seems to be closer to 0.33-0.55 or so based on classifieds. Even 0.33 flat is probably better here.
