Well-gathered proof. You have my upvote.

As a side note, this is the most pointless Strange weapon out there (at least Strange Bonk! has a recovery time). I suggested to Valve that it track meters walked while cloaked or something, but they simply make it seconds cloaked. (-.-)

Ehhhh.........

The Invisiwatch is about 2 keys or so, this is quite simmilar to that.
