I would say all the sales you've provided are outliers whereas the sale that Slocumruls provided should be the price. Most of the sales happen like within a week of bump on Outpost.

This is just my opinion though, as I'm also unsure at. Let's wait for a mod to set this out.

I don't think it is complex, three unusuals isn't complex to me, and it's not like they're all unpriced and their minis are for unpriced ones as well.

Perhaps, but it hasn't sold yet. If it did sell for that price and was added to proof, it could be called a high outlier.
