Sales at 37, 40, 72, 72 is outlier. Taking range as 37-40.

I'm not convinced it should be 37-40. I think it should be at least a bit higher, as one got sold for 72. There is a huge difference between 40 and 72.

that huge difference means that it is an outlier, thus why I had to find the third sale to determine whether or not 72 or 37 was the outlier.

the low end sales here are old and require minis, while the 72 is recent and the frostbite dapper was recently updated. Just looking through offers it feels like the 37 and 40 are outliers here
