The range on trade.tf, as backpack.tf states it, is 10 to 10.11 ref. Also, there are 5 listings for 10 ref, so clearly the price is dropping from 10.66 refined. Also, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25802639 10 ref selling price.

You can't use Classifieds as proof

Actually you can, but just as supporting proof. Also, the suggestor needs to provide a link to the classifieds at the time of posting the suggestion for the proof to be valid at all.

That's what i meant, by saying proof, i meant as main proof
