Considering the 10 an outlier (complex-ish sale with an overvalued hat). The 31 sale is a high outlier, it consists of duped unusuals (that are low enough in value to leave out the duped status), but the total sales value ends up being significantly higher than the other sales.

Going with 21-23 for this one
