You reported the sale wrongly. The sulphurous Tyrantium and the lantern hermes were not involved.

This hat doesn't fulfil the criteria of pricing based on one sale since the sale was fairly recent and there is no sign of the current owner being a collector. In addition to that, this is a complex sale with 4 hats being involved so this shouldn't be used.
A note about complex sales
Multi-hat trades involving 4 or more hats should be avoided when pricing unusuals unless the suggestion is for a high end hat (worth >10 buds). Basically, if a hat is a small piece in a large deal, that sale should not be used as proof.
