Headsplitter is an All Class. The Hat/Meat Cleaver is Halloween themed with Halloween Effect. If you sort by Demonflame Effect, this hat clearly belongs at the top of the list with the other All Class hats(albeit unthemed/unfitting/non-Halloween hats). Price should logically fall somewhere between the Crones and TC Somewhere.

I don't understand this arguement. You have no proof, and I'm pretty sure you bought it for <250. The comparison to other effects is pointless when the hat sells for nearly nowhere as much as it's counterparts.

As a trader, you apply logic in how the effect and hat fall within a price range based on other comparables. Price paid in the past, has only partial bearing on its future potential. Both of these factors shoud be applied in making sound decisions and informing potential buyers of an items "worth" to make a well-rounded strong economy. This sight aims to inform potential buyers of all aspects--not just one, I hope.

Doesn't matter what outpost wants are. It matters what the bp.tf price is, since you know... IT'S BACKPACK.TF PRICE SUGGESTIONS.... Also, if you do the math and apply overpay, you're literally showing us more proof on how it's selling at this range.

you are lowballing the sales, not showing all the items, and not the most recent sales. if you are talking about the bp prices note that : p energy which is the same price range than bats or circles effect is just updated to 300-360k. also halloweens effect are themed for that spooky hat, and thats why poisoned shadow worth more than energy (450-550k). personaly i dont see the demonflame going for less than 350k which is cheap. the new price for tf2 logo is 180k (tf2 logo is the 57th effect with average price of 10buds / demonflame is the 20th with average of 26 buds) i got some experiences with that nice and rare all class (other effects) . your price is ridiculous if you are folloing the backpack logic

Guys like you said the same thing about my Poisoned Shadows headsplitter last fall when I paid 1/10 the price its voted at now. And the same goes for my Secret Executioner--not long ago I paid 2 phantoms for it. :p See where I am going...the Demonflame Headsplitter is the same---only going wayyy up. In fact, all of my hats started very low according to this site. Vote away--means absolutely nothing in the end. Because people aren't as stupid as you would like to think, they know what Godtier is and they will pay my price when they want it. Period. They always do... You are "protecting" no one--that's just silly. Futile attempts are futile.

Also, if one sold for a Death At Dusk Boxcar Bomber, this site has that hat at 262 keys! (which is really looww btw, again, if you look at other all class DaD hats). And your range is 200-247! Am I missing something here? How did you come up with this range? You aren't even taking your own values into consideration...that's comedic.

Yes 262 keys, then you apply unusual overpay on it, which is 10%, so multiply 262 keys with 0.9 = 235.8 keys.

I hope you realize that you can't use outpost buyouts to price anything. If you actually read that dang thing, you would see 4 valid woods that were recent as well. If the hat is updated recently on price list, then it's valid. You apply overpay to any non pure offers which is a 10 percent reduction. You get the lowest sell at 200, highest at 247. 2 in between. Bam
