Well for the price to be 6.33 it would first mean that buying it for lower than it isn't possible, with one look at classifieds you can see it being sold from 5.33 to 6 ref, so it don't see why it needs to raise higher.

offtopic: this is one of the ugliest misc items i have seen, the arms doesn't even look like they have muscles and doesn't bends in with the heavy skin at all, why do i see so many people still wearing this is beyond me.
