Both sales appear to be sold in a fast manner, but I really don't see any offers to denounce it at all. :l

I believe the 2nd sale involved this duped C. Moon Merryweather http://backpack.tf/item/3421735202 rather than the burning L'Inspecteur, but was quickly traded for the burning L'Inspecteur.

No, you don't need to apply overpay if this hat was offered on those hats.

When the trade for the Burning Flames L'Inspectur, overpay will be applied. After that, it can't be taken again. Not trying to double apply.

Both the C. Moon Merryweather and Burning L'Inspecteur should be higher than just 40 keys.

Yeah. I think I can readjust the suggestion's low end here.

I'm a bit hesitant to upvote since the first sale went in a day, and second seems to have taken about 3(?) days.

Other sale is undetermined. No transaction history to pull on that sale at all and the current offers are nonexistent too.

Also, this is the only history that has sales on it.
